Tulare Outlet Center is an open air outlet shopping center along Highway 99 in California's Central San Joaquin Valley, about 45 miles south of Fresno. The Mediterranean style center houses more than 40 stores, including Coach Outlet, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Banana Republic Factory Store and Levi's Outlet Store, with typical discounts of 20 to 70 percent off retail. It is Highway 99's only outlet center.
