Doyle Owens started this store in 1970, and it bills itself as the nation's only retailer of lost luggage. The 50,000-square-foot building has ten departments, including apparel, electronics, jewelry and footwear, with new items put out every day. An adjacent Bargain Basement building adds three floors of discounted goods. In the Baggage Experience, one visitor each day sorts the contents of a fresh, unprocessed suitcase.
