About United States Air Force Academy

The Air Force Academy's new General Bradley and Zita Hosmer Visitor Center sits just outside the North Gate at I-25 exit 156, so no base pass is needed. Its 34,000 square feet of free galleries cover the 47-month cadet journey, with interactive exhibits and a 108-foot atrium hung with a glider. Plan one to two hours, and parking is free. The Cadet Chapel, with its 17 aluminum spires, is closed for repairs until about 2028, and going onto the base requires a visitor pass request and a Real ID.
