World Forestry Center is a nonprofit Discovery Museum in Portland's Washington Park, established in 1964 and housed in a two-story Northwest Regional-style building that opened in 1971. The museum offers interactive, forest-focused exhibits and is easily reached by MAX Light Rail near the Oregon Zoo. Adult admission is $10, seniors $9, and youth ages 3-17 are $5, with a discounted $2 admission on the first Wednesday of each month.
