This state park in Ithaca functions mainly as a marina on the southern tip of Cayuga Lake. Its facilities include seasonal, transient, and dry boat storage, plus an eight-lane ramp for trailered boats. Walkers can reach downtown Ithaca by following the Cayuga Waterfront Trail, and bird-watchers can look for waterfowl at the Hog Hole wetland and along the lakeshore. The park is often confused with Robert H. Treman State Park, which lies a few miles south and away from the lake.
