About Core Creek Park

Core Creek Park is a 1,200-acre Bucks County park around Lake Luxembourg, a lake made by damming Core Creek. Boat rentals and boating programs run on the lake, and the park has trails for walking, biking and horseback riding, ball fields, tennis, playgrounds, an off-leash dog area and 11 reservable pavilions. The lake takes its name from Grand Duchess Charlotte of Luxembourg, who farmed land here during World War II. A Moon tree grown from seeds flown on Apollo 14 was planted here in 1976.
