Ralph Stover State Park is a 45-acre park on Tohickon Creek in Bucks County, on the site of an 18th-century gristmill whose millrace you can still see. Author James A. Michener donated the High Rocks section, a 150-foot sheer rock face used by experienced climbers and an overlook above the creek. Whitewater kayakers come in spring and when water is released from Lake Nockamixon upstream. There is a shaded creekside picnic area, and Pennsylvania state parks charge no entrance fee.
