The Forks Timber Museum opened in 1984 to preserve the logging and homesteading history of the Olympic Peninsula and was built with help from a local high school carpentry class. Exhibits include vintage logging tools, a replica bunkhouse, Native American artifacts, and photos of historic logging camps. The grounds include picnic tables, RV parking, and a short walking loop through a small rainforest area.
