About Goldstein Museum of Design

The Goldstein Museum of Design is a research center within the University of Minnesota's College of Design, located on the St. Paul campus. Its teaching collection holds more than 36,000 multidisciplinary objects, and it hosts exhibitions open to the public at no charge. The museum is named for the Goldstein sisters, Harriet and Vetta, who taught design at the university in the early and mid twentieth century. It also offers tours, lectures, and hands-on activities for school, university, and community groups, with requests made at least two weeks ahead.
