Great Lakes Distillery has operated in Milwaukee's Walker's Point neighborhood since 2004, making it Wisconsin's first distillery since Prohibition. Its tasting room, built around a large circular bar, serves cocktails and craft spirits made with Wisconsin-sourced grain and other local ingredients. The distillery offers a one-hour guided tour with a six-spirit sampling flight, and has a second tasting location, Still & Oak Lounge, in West Allis.
