Historical Park sits in the Prospect Hill Settlement District of New Berlin. Visitors can walk the grounds and read information signs posted at most buildings. The society keeps exhibits in several structures, including old houses, a barn, a schoolhouse, a log house, and a museum building. Across the street lie the Weston antique apple orchard and an 1859 Freewill Baptist church, which opens only for Open House events and special tours. The Weston barn, built in 1906, still supports the orchard, which grows more than 150 heirloom apple varieties and other fruit.
