About Kamin Science Center

Pittsburgh's science museum, known as the Carnegie Science Center until its 2025 renaming, sits on the Ohio River across the street from Acrisure Stadium. Five floors of hands-on exhibits lead to the Buhl Planetarium, the Miniature Railroad & Village and the Rangos Giant Cinema. Outside you can climb aboard the USS Requin, a real Cold War-era submarine. General admission is $25 for adults and $15 for children 3 to 12, sold in timed slots every 30 minutes, so buying online ahead helps on busy days.
