About Lone Star Flight Museum

The Lone Star Flight Museum sits on the grounds of Ellington Airport in Houston and features more than two dozen historically significant aircraft along with many artifacts from the history of flight. Visitors can explore hangars and permanent exhibits, including a Texas Aviation Hall of Fame, and rotating limited-time displays. The museum also offers flight simulators, a coffee shop, a gift shop, and programs for families, students, and groups. It relocated to Houston from Galveston after Hurricane Ike.
