Old Trail Town, also known as the Museum of the Old West, is an outdoor history museum on Cody, Wyoming's original 1895 townsite founded by Buffalo Bill. It preserves roughly 30 authentic frontier buildings dating from 1879 to 1901, including cabins, a saloon, and a blacksmith shop, along with horse-drawn vehicles and Native American artifacts. The site includes cabins once used by outlaws Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, and the grave of mountain man John Johnson.
