Packer Orchards is a fourth-generation family farm established in 1924 on more than 100 acres near Hood River, Oregon, growing apples, pears, cherries, peaches and other stone fruit. Its Farm Place location lets visitors pick fruit, feed baby goats and picnic in the orchard, while its Farm Market and Bakery sells fresh fruit and homemade baked goods started in 1992. The farm runs seasonal events such as Baby Animal Days, a Sunflower Spectacular and a fall pumpkin patch.
