A late-1700s house museum in New Hope, run by the local historical society and furnished across five decorative arts periods.
45 South Main Street, New Hope, PA 18938 · New Hope, PA
The Parry Mansion, dating to about 1784, sits in the center of New Hope and is tied to Benjamin Parry, who rebuilt the local mill that gave the town its name. Its rooms show furnishings from five periods of American decorative arts, many of them original to the Parry family. The New Hope Historical Society, founded in 1958, took over care of the mansion in 1966 and runs tours, archives, research, education, and community programs from the site. Visitors can also join seasonal holiday house tours in December and take part in society events throughout the year.
