The site covers two former missile installations around Cooperstown: the Oscar-Zero Missile Alert Facility and the November-33 Launch Facility. Both were part of the missile network tied to Grand Forks Air Force Base. Guided tours cover the topside of Oscar-Zero and can continue underground to the launch control equipment building and launch control center. At November-33, visitors view the surface structures of a launch facility, including its large launch closure door, fencing, and ventilation systems. Tours last about an hour, and groups are capped at fifteen guests.
