Seven Bends State Park is a day-use park in east-central Shenandoah County, a short drive from historic downtown Woodstock. It covers about 1,052 acres along the North Fork of the Shenandoah River, in a stretch known for its winding geography. Visitors can launch small boats at two sites, fish for smallmouth bass and other species, hike or bike about 12 miles of trails, and use a picnic shelter. The park has no camping or cabins and no visitor center, and its land was largely assembled from donated parcels and the former Camp Lupton property.
