Thrune Park is a city park on Revere Street in Midland that focuses on play for small children. The grounds are enclosed by a fence with a gate. The park was reopened in 2011 after a full renovation funded by the Charles J. Strosacker Foundation, which added a restroom building, covered benches, reworked accessible paths, a water feature, and new play equipment. Later upgrades in 2015 included a crawling-style play element under a shade sail, a new picnic table with toddler seating, and a new play panel. The park's main addition is a splash pad with three small spray puddles and soft surfacing.
