Established in 1989 by collectors John and Betty MacGuire, War Eagles Air Museum sits at the Dona Ana County International Jetport in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. Its collection includes P-51 Mustangs, a P-38 Lightning, a P-40 Warhawk, an F4U-4 Corsair, an A-26 Invader, a DC-3 and Cold War era jets such as the F-86 Sabre and MiG-15. Many of the aircraft are kept in flying condition, and the museum is open Wednesday through Sunday.
