Neiman Marcus arrived in 1971 and Saks Fifth Avenue in 1976, and a second level was added in 1983. Visitors find boutiques such as Valentino, Bulgari, Stella McCartney and Frette, plus restaurants including Makoto, China Grill and Carpaccio.
