Bohemian Flats is a Minneapolis Park Board site on the west bank of the Mississippi River, near the Washington Avenue Bridge and the University of Minnesota. Visitors can walk or bike along the river, use benches and picnic areas, launch canoes or kayaks from racks, and board public river cruises. The land was once a crowded immigrant neighborhood before it was cleared and later became a park.
