The Hays Welcome Center is operated by the Hays Convention & Visitors Bureau, a department of the City of Hays, and shares its building with the Hays Chamber. Travelers stop in for maps, directions and brochures on attractions, events and lodging across Kansas, plus restrooms, drinking water, complimentary coffee and a gift shop. Open Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 5:30pm and Friday mornings, with Saturday hours added from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
