Liquid Art Winery sits atop one of the highest points in the Flint Hills on Wildcat Creek Road west of Manhattan. Its estate vineyard was planted with 10 acres in 2015 and another 10 acres in 2018, growing vinifera grapes such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay in limestone-rich soil. You can sample wines in the tasting room and eat at the on-site restaurant. The estate also hosts weddings and private parties.
