Manhattan Brewing Company fills the ground floor of the 1909 Smith Building on Poyntz Avenue, next to the Riley County Courthouse. Three Tallgrass Brewing alumni opened it in July 2020 to be Manhattan's own brewery. The lineup changes constantly, with 53 different beers in the first year, and you can sit in the taproom, head out to The Brew Deck, or take beer to go.
