111 S 4th St · Manhattan, KS
The Chef Cafe is a breakfast and brunch spot on South 4th Street in downtown Manhattan. It carries on the name of The Chef, a diner opened in 1943 by Charles "Cotton" Limbocker that was known for its horseshoe counter, and was revived as The Chef Cafe in 2008. The menu runs to frittatas, PB&J pancakes and The Chef Sunrise, with The Chef Blend coffee roasted locally at Radina's. Expect a wait on weekends.
