The Abilene Cultural Affairs Council is a civic arts organization, established in 1977, that supports visual arts, performing arts and historic preservation in Abilene, Texas and publishes visitor guides including Abilene Scene. It promotes the Abilene Cultural District, home to The Grace Museum, Frontier Texas!, the Historic Paramount Theatre, the Center for Contemporary Arts and a restored historic train depot. The council is based in that depot at 1101 North 1st Street in Abilene.
