Bushy Run Battlefield is a National Historic Landmark focused on telling the story of Pontiac's Rebellion. The site is run by the state's Historical and Museum Commission together with a local heritage society. Its visitor center holds museum exhibits, a gift shop, a stone room, and restrooms, and it is wheelchair accessible. Visitors can tour the museum and galleries, watch a film about the battle, and walk the historic park grounds. Tours are mostly self-guided, though staff or volunteer guides are sometimes available, and golf cart tours may run in good weather. Group tours and school programs need advance booking. Several discount programs, including one for EBT/SNAP recipients and one for active-duty military, can lower the cost of entry.
