About Grohmann Museum

The Grohmann Museum sits in the middle of the Milwaukee School of Engineering campus. Its holdings center on work as a subject in art, tracing how people at labor have been painted, sculpted, and drawn over time. The collection, donated by Dr. Eckhart Grohmann, includes more than 2,000 paintings, sculptures, and works on paper. The museum also hosts special exhibitions and events, offers digital exhibits through Google Arts & Culture, and has a museum store and a rooftop sculpture garden, which is closed for renovations this winter.
