About McCandless Crossing

McCandless Crossing is an open-air development in the Town of McCandless, north of Pittsburgh. Construction started in 2005 on land that had been vacant, and the project spans roughly 135 acres. Its offerings include retail stores, restaurants, medical offices, hotels, entertainment, residences, and senior living. Large retailers anchor the site, and a town green hosts a seasonal concert series and holiday and autumn events. The site sits at the crossing of McKnight Road and Duncan Avenue, a short drive from downtown Pittsburgh.
