About Verona Beach State Park

Verona Beach State Park covers 1,735 acres on the eastern shore of Oneida Lake, just south of Sylvan Beach. The lifeguarded beach runs about three quarters of a mile, with a bathhouse, a splash pad, picnic shelters and 47 electric campsites, 11 of them on the waterfront. About 14 miles of trails are open year-round for hiking, biking, horseback riding and, in winter, skiing and snowmobiling. In season, cars pay $7 to enter between 8 am and 6 pm.
