Cazenovia Park is the southern end of the Buffalo park system that Frederick Law Olmsted planned, laid out by Olmsted, Olmsted and Eliot between 1892 and 1894. Its 83 acres are split by Cazenovia Creek, which draws migratory birds, and the park has mature tree stands, playing fields and a 9-hole golf course, one of three public courses in Buffalo. Two historic buildings stand here: the Shelter House from 1902, restored in 2016, and the Casino completed in 1912. Red Jacket and McKinley Parkways link it to South Park.
