About Cutler Park Reservation

Cutler Park Reservation protects the largest freshwater marsh on the middle Charles River, just off Route 128 in Needham. The 1.5-mile Kendrick Pond loop takes in the main sights, and parts of the trail system cross the marsh on boardwalks; great blue herons, warblers and hawks are regulars, and over 100 bird species have been seen. You can also mountain bike, fish or launch a canoe or kayak from the car-top ramp. Parking is free, and the park is open dawn to dusk.
