Northampton, MA
Look Park is a memorial park in the Florence village of Northampton, Massachusetts. It was given to the public by a widow in honor of her late husband, who led a Florence brush manufacturer. The grounds cover well over one hundred fifty acres and offer family attractions such as a steamer train, pedal boats, a miniature golf course, a wildlife center, playgrounds, a water spray park, tennis and pickleball courts, and a walking path. The park also hosts weddings, picnics, and private events. It runs on admission fees, event income, and donations rather than tax money, and it is governed by a board of trustees.
