Pinnacle Mountain is a day-use park outside Little Rock, built around a peak above the Big Maumelle and Little Maumelle rivers. Two 1.5-mile routes, the West Summit and East Summit trails, climb to the top, and a base trail circles the mountain. The park has over 33 miles of trails in all, including mountain bike trails, plus kayak rentals and the 71-acre Arkansas Arboretum. It is also a certified Trail of Tears National Historic Trail site. Camping is not allowed.
