Potawatomi State Park sits on the shore of Sturgeon Bay in southern Door County. Its roughly 1,200 acres include gently rolling uplands, steep slopes, and rugged limestone cliffs. The park honors the tribe that lived along Green Bay's shores and islands when European settlers first arrived. Visitors can use camping, picnic areas and shelters, and concessions and rentals. The state established the park in 1928.
