This Disney film is now a hit musical based on a true story. Set in 1899 New York City, Jack Kelly, a charismatic newsboy is the leader of a band of teenaged “newsies.” When the distribution prices of newspapers are hiked and the newsies are hung out to dry, Jack and young newspaper reporter Katherine Plummer set out to form a union and organize a strike against the titans of publishing. With songs including “Seize the Day” and “Santa Fe,” Newsies is a classic with the power to inspire.

    Murder on the Orient Express
All aboard the Orient Express as it journeys through 1930s Europe. Surprisingly full for this time of year, the luxurious train halts to a stop just after midnight, one passenger fewer. Locked in from the inside, an American tycoon is found dead. Secluded by snowdrift on the train tracks, everyone is a suspect - and they must rely on detective Hercule Poirot as he races to identify the killer before they strike again. Agatha Christie’s plot-twist masterpiece will keep you guessing “Whodunit?”
