For something a little European, check out GoodFellas Gelateria in Dennis. A relative newcomer to the crowded Cape dessert scene, GoodFellas serves authentic Italian gelato and sorbet in over two dozen flavors that frequently rotate. The unique texture and intense flavor of GoodFellas' gelato is a fun alternative to traditional Cape ice cream, while the shop's quaint patio provides a picturesque atmosphere for a summer excursion.
4. Hot Chocolate Sparrow - Orleans
Part trendy coffee shop and part old-fashioned candy store, Orleans' popular Hot Chocolate Sparrow offers something for every visitor. A local institution for over two decades, Hot Chocolate Sparrow's café serves specialty coffee and espresso, two dozen flavors of ice cream and frozen yogurt, and sandwiches, while the candy store sells fudge, hand-dipped chocolates, and indulgent desserts.
