Seafood Dinner: Three Essential Condiments for Your Cupboard
Cape Cuisine
Whether you like to catch your own seafood by casting a line off the beach, you enjoy catching dinner on a fishing charter, you buy fresh fish from the local fish market to prepare at home, or you save yourself all the trouble and go out for some delicious seafood, there are many ways to enjoy seafood on Cape Cod.
If you are eating seafood, it makes sense to pair it with the right condiments for maximum enjoyment. This is especially important if you are enjoying your seafood at home. Here are the top condiments to have on hand.
You can buy things like tartar sauce and cocktail sauce pre-made, but if you really want them to accompany your seafood perfectly (especially important if you are making it yourself at home), then consider buying the constituent parts and making your own batches to taste. And don't forget to buy lemons, because - although they aren't a condiment - lemon juice is great with seafood and it is much better fresh.
